Easter in France 2019: Plan family fun at one of these Easter egg hunting events

1. Easter at Chateau Vaux-le-Vicomte, Maincy: April 20th – 22nd

One of the biggest Easter egg hunts in France takes place in the beautiful gardens at Vaux-le-Vicomte. This gorgeous chateaux is a wonderful place to visit at any time with the 17th century estate offering formal gardens that inspired Versailles, a stunning chateaux with the original opulent interiors, a carriage museum and lots of events throughout the year. 2. Easter at Marqueyssac Gardens, Dordogne: April 21st & 22nd

Marqueyssac is a gorgeous park in the Perigord designed in the 19th Century and featuring pathways and garden design that showcases incredible views over the Dordogne Valley. With more than 6km of trails to follow it’s the perfect place to hide over 7,000 eggs for an epic Easter egg hunt! 3. Easter at Chateau de Talmont, Pays de la Loire: April 21st & 22nd

Chateau de Talmont is a castle that dates back to the Middle Ages with a history entwined in the life of Richard the Lionheart. The medieval fortress offers tours and re-enactments to show you the costumes and customs of life and battle in historical times. There are interactive displays, a chance to try out different crafts and activities, and at Easter the castle hosts an exciting Easter egg hunt too so there’s plenty to see and do for all the family and chocolate prizes to be won!

4. Easter at Chateau Aventuriers, Vendee: April 21st & 22nd

For something a little different take on the Easter dinosaur egg hunt at Chateau Aventuriers.
