Villa Kerfiat, Finistere, Brittany

Villa Kerfiat is a recently renovated villa with a shared heated swimming pool and stunning views over the sea in Finistere, Brittany.  The villa is all on one level making it an ideal choice for guests with limited mobility and is located just 16km from the ferry port in Roscoff meaning no long drives for those travelling with young families.

The property is modern and was recently renovated to a very high standard in 2018. There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with panoramic views of the sea, 2 good sized double bedrooms, and a third bedroom with bunk beds which is ideal for children.

Ideal for extended family holidays

The villa has its own private garden with outdoor furniture and a bbq for al fresco dining. There is also a heated 8m x 5m swimming pool which is shared with the other villa on site. Both properties can be rented together for larger parties allowing a total of 12 people to be comfortably accommodated.

Vila Kerfiat is located in a very peaceful rural setting surrounded by fields and is located at the end of a quiet road with no passing traffic making this the ideal spot to get away from it all.

It’s a short stroll from the villa to a small rocky beach, or the popular Keradennec beach is just a 200m walk from the front door. The GR34 coastal path stretches in both directions from the villa, allowing you to discover this beautiful and diverse stretch of coastline of lovely coves, protected sand dunes and beautiful sandy beaches.

Watersports and beach holidays

Thanks to its coastal location Villa Kerfiat is perfect for any watersports enthusiasts with windsurfing, bodysurfing, paddle boarding and kayaking to name but a few available nearby.

There are many medieval towns and villages nearby to explore with fabulous markets taking place most days of the week to pick up souvenirs and local produce. From nearby Roscoff you can take a boat trip to the tiny island of Ile de Batz and enjoy a walk and take in the breath-taking views.

The property is owned by Christophe Chennetier who purchased it back in 2018 and undertook the renovation work to make Villa Kerfiat the stunning modern property that it is today. Christophe says he bought Villa Kerfiat and the other villa on site because of their proximity to the beach on this beautiful stretch of Brittany coastline.
