October half term – a wonderful time to take the family to France!

Take time to browse the markets that appear in all the villages and towns, or spend a day window shopping and enjoying the sights and ambience at pavement cafes in fabulous historic cities like Rennes, St Malo, Caen or Rouen.

Take your children to the atmospheric Normandy landing beaches, the incredible Mont Saint Michel monastery, the amazing Bayeux Tapestry or William the Conqueror’s imposing castles – these dramatic places are far from boring and can bring their history lessons to life in a way no text book can!
