Bordeaux International Show Jumping Contest, February 6th – 9th 2020

Roland Garros Tennis Open, Paris, 18th May – 7th June 2020

If you love Wimbledon why not see a different side to international tennis by attending the iconic French Open played on clay courts instead of grass.

French Motorcycle Grand Prix, Le Mans, 15th – 17th May 2020

If you prefer your motorsport on two wheels you’re sure to enjoy the exhilarating experience of this Motorcycle Grand Prix event! The famous Le Mans circuit has a biker takeover with races, screenings, exhibitors and entertainment – a great place to meet fellow enthusiasts with around 100,000 people flocking to enjoy the event each year.

Monaco Grand Prix, 24th May 2020

Arguably the most glamorous date in France’s 2020 sporting calendar, the Monaco Grand Prix is the chicest place to see world class Formula 1. Take time to soak up the atmosphere and spot the celebrities on a sophisticated sporting break.

Le Mans 24 hour Race, 13th – 14th June 2020

This moto endurance race is a truly unique event with the course including the Le Mans circuit and local roads that are closed especially for the race. Enjoy the expo that accompanies the race and get a roadside view of the action – a must for any petrol-head!

The Tour de France, 27th June – 19th July 2020

This iconic cycling road race is world famous and every year the route changes to take in the best of the countryside, mountains, towns and cities of this beautiful country. Plan your break to get close to the action and enjoy the incredible atmosphere as the peloton displays superhuman strength, endurance and skill on the gruelling 3,470km course.

The Marseille Petanque World Cup, 4th – 9th July 2020

This is the largest boules tournament in the world attracting over 10,000 competitors! It has been held every year since 1962 in Marseille and the event spans five days of heats in different categories – a truly French spectacle fiercely fought for the honour of being the best at this iconic French sport.

The Evian Championship, 23rd – 26th July 2020

This Golf Masters for women brings together top athletes from all over the world to compete at this beautiful golf course in the famous resort of Evian near Lake Geneva. A treat for spectators with lots of fringe activities and events, it’s a wonderful opportunity for any golfer to get close to the sport they love.

The Sooruz Lacanau Pro Surfing Championships, 16th – 21st August 2020

Top surfers from all over the world come to compete at Lacanau each year and it’s such an exciting event for spectators! Marvel at the surf skills and enjoy the festival atmosphere getting involved in all the fringe events too.

The Vendee Globe, Les Sables d’Olonne, November 2020

2020 brings the next edition of this epic round the world sailing event that comes along every four years. Thousands of people come to see the start of the race with 20-30 competitors setting off for this solo,  unassisted, challenge that covers 3 months and 45,000km!
